Employee Benefits

Strategy

With over 30 years of industry experience, our benefits specialists are prepared to help you design a benefits package that suits your business.  Our mission is to provide excellent advice and superior service to businesses with fewer than 100 employees.

A strong benefits package is important to both the employer and the employees.  At Planned Futures, we believe that an ideal benefits package should serve to:

  • Attract & retain employees
  • Provide underwriting concessions
  • Simplify Administration
  • Provide access to otherwise unavailable products
  • Be cost-efficient

Products

The following is a list of benefits that should be considered when designing a benefits package:

  • Health Insurance
  • Retirement Plan
  • Life Insurance
  • Disability Income Insurance
  • Long-Term Care Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Voluntary Benefits

Enrollment

We believe that the enrollment process is critical to employees understanding and appreciation of their benefits, which is why we offer one-on-one enrollments and annual benefit reviews to employees.

Our enrollment software has truly revolutionized the benefits industry.  Employees can now enroll using a single electronic signature, and can view their benefit details any time they like.  The final page of the enrollment process also shows employees their benefits summary, including the total amount that their employer is spending on their behalf above and beyond their salary.

Additionally, employers are able to keep all benefit information in one easily accessible location, and can view an assortment of data on total costs & participation.
